Return Policy

Returns
Acesori is pleased to offer a No Questions Asked return policy. Just email orders@acesori.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days as determined by your credit card provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for the same item, send us an email at orders@acesori.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning or exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
